How to solve the problem of English language Menu change into Chinese on Ugode Skoda Fabia Car Radio

A customer purchased an Ugode Skoda Fabia WINDOWS CE system car radio on 2014 year. After replacing the car battery, 
the radio language disappeared and the steering wheel buttons also stopped working. He consulted Ugode technicians to solve this problem.
 
It is wondful that our Ugode car audio are still working  on customers’ car after 10 years！

When I changed car battery on Skoda Fabia 2014 car radio was reset and all languages other than chicness disappeared and I can’t control the radio from steering wheel.
I went to a dealer who told me that radio is so old they don’t have technician code.

Multimedia system was purchased with the car from Radio Milano.
Radio Milano does not have the technician code any more.
Attached please find an image of the system.
As I don’t speak Chinese it is very difficult for me to use it and wheel buttons don’t work as well.

The 2014 Skoda radio is a 2015 year product. The steering wheel buttons are decoded by CAN protocol. After resetting the radio system, the language option in the settings is only Chinese, and the CAN protocol option has also become a universal radio option. You need to enter the factory mode to select the correct CAN protocol. The radio also needs to select the correct region. The language options are English, Russian, Arabic, Hebrew, etc. Just turn on the corresponding switch.
The password to enter the factory settings is: 66668888
