How to capture logs on UGODE Android screen (Qualcomm Android 10)

Some customers have purchased UGODE’s Android screens with wireless CARPLAY and Android AUTO functions. When they encounter some problems, they need to capture log files and send them to UGODE for analysis and resolution. The following introduces how to capture logs in Android 10.

 

1. Demonstrate the problem you want to feedback first, or wait for the problem to appear.
2. Insert the USB flash disk into the USB port of the Android screen, go to Android Apps-User Feedback-Name the file name-USBMIT FEEDBACK, and wait for about 3 minutes.
3. After the screen prompts, go to ES File Browser to copy the log files inside the “bugreports” folder to the USB flash drive, wait for 1 minute and then pull out the USB flash drive.
4. Send the log file to us.
